I have been a notary public for nineteen years now, and I found that there is not a notary training program or a notary mentorship that teaches all aspects of mobile notary training. In mentoring new or inexperienced mobile notaries, I often find they lack confidence and end up distracted and worried about making mistakes. By reviewing these common documents in my course, it gives them the confidence they need to handle all common documents, as well as the unusual ones.
This course also teaches you how to price your notary services. This is a very common and important question that gets asked on Notary Facebook groups. I go over what key elements to determine your notary pricing in order to have a viable business whether a part-time or full-time notary.
Training for Notary Business Challenges
This notary public mentorship training helps handle the difficulties of being a mobile notary even if you are an experienced notary or a new notary. I teach how to organize your notary business, what supplies and tools of the notary trade are necessary and the best to use. I also review how to handle notary errors, safety, and notary burnout.
In this notary training mentorship, I also cover notary procedures such as how to properly identify someone. I show how to perform Signature by Mark when a signer can’t sign their name and can only make a mark or x on the notary document. I also cover how to notarize when with a Subscribing Witness and Proof of Execution by Subscribing Witness.
My goal is to teach notaries how to operate a successful mobile notary business by learning the State notary laws and being competent and confident about all the aspects of being a notary.
