This is the VERY BEST MOBILE NOTARY service anyone could get! Andrea is super accommodating, legit and honest. She gets the job done quickly, in timely matters, as I request. She keeps you updated every step she makes. My situation was a little difficult because I needed her to enter a jail facility where my husband is located and at the same time work with my situation/schedule while I’m in a all girl facility for women and children that’s almost two hours away. And I didn’t have family to pick up my documents so she mailed it out for me and I got a tracking number with my documents sent to me via text message. I was able to send payment thru Apple Pay. On May 15, 2024, I had just finished reviewing and editing a 150 page document in a court case (I do expert witness work in check fraud cases). I was preparing to sign and scan the document and email to the attorney when I noticed the signature page contained information for my signature to be notarized. It was 7:30 pm, and the document needed to be filed before midnight…Where was I going to find a notary at that time of night???

I called a friend who knows everybody, and he said, “Call Andrea Soldo, 818-357-0208.”

I called Andrea; she answered – I could tell she was in the car. I explained my situation and she asked me to text her my address and she would give me her ETA…”I’ll be there in 25 minutes.” Just 21 minutes later she was there. Document signed, notarized, scanned and emailed by 8:05 pm.

If you are looking for a mobile notary, use Andrea. She is excellent. I booked her for my recent Oath Swearing. You could imagine after all the requirements to be an attorney in California, including the Bar exam and extensive background check, the last thing I wanted was to make a mistake at the final step. Andrea was a God-send. She was flexible enough to come to my home on a Saturday night for a ceremony my parents and wife put together to celebrate with our friends and family. Andrea did an excellent job making sure I was prepared so no mistakes would be made. She was an absolute delight and truly made the whole ceremony very memorable and special.

I couldn’t understand the escrow documents I was needing to sign and she took the time to explain it and make sure it was filled out correctly. I read all of Andrea’s great reviews but couldn’t really believe that a notary would warrant such glowing praise . . . but Andrea proved it’s possible!

On two occasions now, I have needed notary services on short notice and Andrea came through each time. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable in her field and has been a pleasure to do business with. Really had a great experience with Andrea. She was very sweet on the phone and through text. I unfortunately wasn’t able to meet her in person, but I requested her services for my semi-mobile uncle. I did take him to a notary previously, but it was hard to get him in and out of the car so it was easier and more practical to have someone come to his house instead.
