Reviews – Andrea’s Mobile Notary

Here’s what a few clients recently had to say about working with Andrea’s Mobile Notary.

I found Andrea through Yelp about 5 years ago and have used her services several times and I could not be happier. She has always been prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. She came to my office last week and notarized several different documents for us. Today, I realized that I forgot to include a very important document. I called her right away and she could tell by the tone of my voice that I was stressed out. Of course this document was time sensitive. She came to the office within an hour! Thank you Andrea for saving the day!!!

—————————–

What sets Andrea apart is her professionalism combined with a genuine personal touch. She explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood each step of the notarization process. This was especially important since I was dealing with some complex legal documents for the first time.

Andrea’s service was not just about convenience; it was about quality. She was meticulous, double-checking all details to make sure everything was correct before we signed. Her calm demeanor made what could have been a stressful situation surprisingly pleasant.

FAQs – Spanish Translation and Notary Services

What is the difference between a certified translation and a notarized translation?

A certified translation includes a signed statement from the translator attesting to the accuracy and completeness of the translation. A notarized translation means the translator’s signature on the certification is witnessed and authenticated by a notary public. Notarization does not certify the quality of the translation, only the identity of the signer.

How long does the translation and notarization process take?

Most single-page documents can be translated and notarized within 24-48 hours. Larger or more complex documents may take longer. Expedited service may be available for an additional fee.

Do I need the original document for translation and notarization, or is a scan sufficient?

Most translation services accept scanned copies or clear photos of documents for translation and notarization. Originals are not usually required unless specifically requested by the receiving authority.

Can you help determine if my document needs to be certified, notarized, or apostilled?

While translators and notaries can share what is commonly required, clients are responsible for confirming the specific requirements of the receiving authority (e.g., court, consulate, or agency).

Can I receive my notarized translation electronically, or do I need a physical copy?

Scanned copies are typically provided by email, but some institutions require original, wet-ink signed and notarized documents. Clients can request mail or courier delivery for physical copies.

Can you provide translations for use outside the United States (apostille)?

Yes, for documents to be used internationally, an apostille may be required. We offer apostille services with translation and notarization.

Do you guarantee confidentiality of my documents?

Yes, we guarantee the confidentiality and security of all documents handled.
