Witness Service
I often receive requests to provide witness to notary signings! Andrea’s Mobile Notary does provide witness service to the LA County and Ventura County areas.
Documents such as Wills, Power of Attorney, Advanced Health Care Directives, out of state Deeds of Trusts, Trust Transfer Deeds, and Vanguard forms are some examples of documents that require witness. States such as Florida and Georgia will require witness and most documents and always on their deeds and mortgages.
Often signers are unable to provide witness for various reasons. Also, nursing homes, assisted living, and hospitals will often not permit their staff to witness documents. This is where Andrea’s Mobile Notary can help you.
